| the kid was stupid and didn't listen to the cops when they asked for his ID. Kid was stupid enough to start arguing with him. But the cop went too far by tasering him...5 times. Couldn't he just tackled the punk ass kid to the ground and hancuff him and rag him to the squad car? I mean it wasn't like the cop was at risk of getting hurt that he had to tase the kid. Kid did a stupid thing and the cop did a stupid thing.
